For those monsters, I would say that lethal injection is far too lenient and humane. Unless they are injected with sulfuric acid or Drano; that would be appropriate. The taking of human life is immoral and wrong, but that's not really the case here. These vermin have given up their rights to be considered human. Exterminate them.
Agreed. How can anything be too cruel a punishiment for a person that shoots a 2 year old? Crueler (and more public) executions are the solution to making the death penalty an effective deterrent. Maybe some state could draw and quarter a few dozen child murderers and test out the theory.

Do you think someone who wants to kill a child would actually sit there and think that it would be worth it if they only ass raped in prison for the rest of their life but not worth it if they were publicly tortured?

People who do such horrible things like kill children are not capable of such logic. They are either the type of person that thinks that they will never be caught or that special kind of moron who is incapable of understanding the results of their actions. Really no level of punishment will stop them.

I think you underestimate evil people.

Also, I make no pretension that I don't fully support the idea of violent retribution for certain crimes. It seems hardly a week goes by now where I don't hear of something that calls for it. Those two animals that beat the little girl to death and shipped her body out to sea for not saying 'please' and 'sir'? Are you ****ting me - cull those POS from the herd.

What ever happened to chain gangs?
I would love to see this " He got nationwide attention when he established the Maricopa County tent city for inmates.
More than 2,000 prisoners live without smoking, coffee, pornographic magazines, movies and unrestricted television in all jails.
The eRumor says the meals cost less than 40 cents but the cost figure is actually less than 20 cents.
Arpaio has also instituted what he calls "Hard Knocks High", the only accredited high school in an American jail."

WTF does my opinion on one subject have to do with a 'dream country'? Go put words in some else's mouth, or better yet, stick to your own.

You mentioned public executions and testing out the theory and I remembered that history teaches us that public torturing (quartering, etc) does not deterr crime, besides there are still countries that promote publics executions so I made sarcastic remark. Sorry if it offended you it wasn't meant to.

No biggie.

I think there are some cases where death is a much more fitting punishment than being locked up. Incarceration is obviously not doing much to deter crime, nor is the death penalty as currently applied. Seems to work pretty well for Singapore tho.
