OK so Irene may heve been downgraded to a tropical storm ,
but its Sunday and I ride on Sunday!
so Into the Woods I go to meet Smokin Joe!
on the way up the fire road. ok so its now a river . ( and raining pretty hard too )
met up with Joe , Maybe we should have brouight Kayaks
Since everything was wet and slick as Snail Snot , Joe put his studded Nokians On. and yes he had much better tractiuon then I did !
and this was stricky an XC ride , but we dressed for the conditions

we did cut it a bit short respecting Mother Nature.
shortly after I got home we lost power when a fuse exploded ( really big boom! )
this was caused by this just up the street.
and this is one of the other poles on our street that has been damaged .
so after teh rain stopped the family w, we went for a ride ,

and a Random tree down across a different road .
