Oh, Goober Grape you must be,
The most efficient perfect food,
Your sweet stripes smile from behind your glass,
To brighten any mood.

Your jar fits snugly in my cooler
Snuggled in with other goodies,
You save me space for other things
Like margaritas and my cookies.

With ease I make my favorite treat
I need not a separate jar for jelly
In one fell sweep plain ol’ bread transforms
To quickly fill my belly.

Oh, they have done it yet again,
My friends down there at Smuckers.
Let there be no doubt about it,
They are some cleaver f…

I LOVED that stuff as a kid and hounded my mom for it every time she went to the market. I tried it again as an adult many, many years later, though, and found the quality of both the PB & J to be lacking.
