All things being equal though......you gotta hand it to him for lasting as long as he did. He may be a total nutbar, but he mobilized his fellow crazies and mounted a pretty successful...whatever that was. Not everyone can do that.

Don't like any of the candidates, none, including the incumbent, but I do respect anyone that runs for a public office these days, if for no other reason than that level of stupidity or ego deserves some respect for being willing to subject your friends and family to the media scrutiny and mud slinging campaigns of your rivals to fulfill your ego trip.
