I agree though, if you're a vegetarian and you eat fish, you're not a vegetarian. pick up a dictionary.

The research in nutrition, morphology, and evolution is fact based science and thinking otherwise is arbitrary stupidity. People can be a vegetarian and exist in a natural healthy manner but being vegan is artificial and requires unnatural supplementation. Vegans can't fight reality - even herbivores naturally consume animal products to supplement their diet.
