dwagh's post reminded me of this pic, which I took last weekend.

I'd give y'all the camera setting info but I have no idea what all that might be. I have a pretty basic camera.
I just prefocus and try to pan the rider as best I can.

The rider is my buddy Vern.

Reminds me that I need to get outside and ride soon....maybe friday.

I think your rotors are loose. They don't seem to be spinning with the wheels.
