The brain drain is about to begin... all of the most exciting business, technology, design, development, innovation, etc. is migrating overseas. The pragmatic reasons left for the best and brightest to stay here are dwindling, leaving only personal (e.g. family) or ideological (e.g. bill o' rights... but even those are disappearing) ones.
