Started off going to the local BMX track when someone attempted to jump the triples landed on his front wheel and went over the bars landed on his head (he was wearing a brain bucket) then fell onto his left side. he had a huge gash on his left elbow about 3/4 of a centimeter deep and as big as a 50c piece. We took off his T-Shirt and tied it to his arm to stop the bleeding. Then we called an ambulance they came patched him up and took him to hospital. He has 14! stiches Doc says he will heal up fine. Thank god he was wearing his helmet. (no pics of arm)
Then we decided to keep the party going and headed to churchill park to hit the usual jumps and trails.
