I had a Camelbak magic that was about a year old and the cloth loops that held the bungee cords started to rip, some completely.

So I sent them an email with these pics, they sent me an RMA number and within 2 weeks from the day I sent her off (UPS) a new one showed up at my door :cupidarrow:

Of course, the new one has the same type of bungee system so I hope it lasts a little longer than the first!

I think they can afford to have really good CS because they sell stitched together cloth for $100 dollars a pop. Its good gear for sure. I cant wait til mine dies to see what I can swindle out of them.
