Anyone have some input on what spring rate to try? 2012 Session 9.9, I'm 150lbs with no gear. It's a new build so I have nothing to compare it to. I've heard maybe 350-400 but am looking for some more input.

If you are running the stock RC4 ,I'd go with a #400.Im same weight as you and a # 350 was too soft for me.

says 450 for me, but that felt too soft, i went with 500( ti coil so it should be fairly accurate)

Thanks guys, yeah I noticed the trek site recommended the 400 but wasn't sure how close that calculation was.

Maybe I'll try the 400 first
