I am looking for a front DH/FR wheel with the following features-
*a quality welded rim wide enough to put a big tire on(32H or 36H)
*a quality sealed, Hayes-compatible 20mm disc hub(32H or 36H)
*3X pattern of 14GA or 13G straight spokes
*Very good trued condition, i.e. not tension issues, dings or flat spots
*NOT machine built, but put together by someone who knows how

Does this wheel already exist or do I just have to build another up with a procured disc hub on the new 32H 521 I have sitting around?

It might not meet all your criteria but...

I have a wheel built by the Unreal Cycles wheelbuilder. You can ask around he builds a dam good wheel.

20 mm atomlab disc hub
26" 36h atomlab trailpimp
3X DT swiss butted spokes (black)
DT swiss brass nips
NO dents, perfectly true, perfect tension

I rode it for like 3 months before getting a new wheel built on a Diatech swinger (20mm/9mm convertible) so I could ride a rigid fork, and this wheel has just been sitting in my room for like a while

It might as well be new so Im selling it for 125
