I'll be in Napa for a few days in August. Does anyone have any trails or web site recommendations? I'm a cross-country rider, not into jumps, downhill, etc. (I hurt myself enough riding BMX as a kid.)

right in town is skyline park, there was a world cup round held there years ago. trail management is atrocious, but still very rideable. out of calistoga there's oat hill mine road, which is quite technical but lots of fun. in santa rosa (just over the hill to the west) there's annadel state park, and in fairfield (just over the hill to the east) is rockville park. lots of other riding in marin, east bay, etc etc etc.

I highly recommend Annadale state park in Santa Rosa.
