    Hmm, neither of my shops do (Bob's). Good luck tracking one down!

    My shop doesn't, nor do any of the regular shops in Davis, but the Davis Bike Barn (about 15 minutes from sacramento) might have one - if you're willing to drive that far, i'd try giving them a call. They have alot of stuff they don't ever use, because they're government subsidized, so it'd be worth calling and checking.

    Not sure where you get that from. I've seen plenty of 1.5 frames that don't come faced after powdercoating. Sometimes it's not an issue.....sometimes it is. Some brands are certainly better than others.

    But since you asked.......
    I want one to take off some material from the bottom of an sufficiently large headtube to drop the front end as much as humanly possible.

    If I can't find a bike shop with one, I'm sure every machinist worth a damn has something that would work. Might just have to go that route.
