Small question here. If USA cycling isn't helping with funding in the "national mountain bike series", then where is all the money going from membership fees and why do we need to be members? My guess would be the insurance side. Anyone? Oh and long live the Mountain states and Fluid ride ride cup. With the cost of travel, regional racing will thrive. One more thing. Is it me or does USA cycling remind you of every large organization with the "USA" logo in its title? Large, inefficient and completely irrelevant. I just hope that my membership fees are not secretly funding some cycling event. Which i would bet they are. Just my thoughts don't want to insult or disturb any ones zen. Just seems to me that USAcycling could really careless about mountain biking. Good thing they have a new facility in Colorado Springs. How much did that cost?

Interesting...but it didn't say if it would include Downhill and DS/4X? Assume it would, but the article was very XC oriented.

Some new blood may help things, but not sure how much has actually changed from NMBS...
