I need a customer service phone number, preferably one where they will talk to you if your account isn't set up yet. The only number I have is for "registered" users. You can't use the online email help if the account is not set up yet.

here's the deal. My BIL ( bro in law) lives in Veracruz MX and wants to set up a skype account, but has no credit card. We want to pay for it for him, but I will not send my CC # by email. Seems like all the countries that use alternate payment methods are all EU.

I'm not expecting a whole lot - by all google accounts Skype has horrible customer service.

I have it on my comp but I only run it when I wanna talk to my sis in Europe.
