Well, our plasma took a crap over the weekend and is need of repair. It's a Panasonic TH-42PWD7UY and has the "Scan Driver 1" error code. (Standby power light flashes twice, then solid for three seconds and repeats.)

Anyone out there at all familiar with this and maybe hook a fellow Monkey for the parts? (should be a simple PCB board swap)

i don't know much about tv repair...but i have heard that on cheap plasma tv's it's cheaper to just buy a new tv instead of getting it repaired...so you might keep that in mind

Are there any error codes in the manual?

If it has a USB port, see if you can download some firmware/software updates.
