Subject says it all. I'm not ready to take on any real downhill yet, but I'm always looking for more good XC to ride. Is it worth making a trip to Plattekill for XC riding?

Just kidding I saw a bunch of guys there on hardtail XC bikes riding trials that seemed to skirt the edges of the mountain. From what I've heard they do have some good XC although I haven't had a first hand experience per say.
I'm only 2hrs away and I'm sure Pkill isn't much different for you if you want to come and ride down here.
Yup, they do have some XC trails (they normally have at least 1 XC race there very year)....most of those trails are up top, have fun riding the fireroad ALL the way up
