I don't think the US lawyers, the FAA, and the CIA could have looked any worse then they do in this case.

The lawyers keep calling their own witnesses then on cross examination the defense lawyers keep blowing holes in their case using the prosecution witnesses.

There was something like 70 documents sent to senior FAA and CIA staff members warning of possible threats they were tipped off to and nothing was done!!!
