BTI carries the Hurricane product and it is in stock ( http://www.bti-usa.com/list.asp?cat=AC&sec=ACTS&mfr=HU ) so any local shop with a BTI account should be able to get it for you in a couple of days.

Looking at the thule trays, they probably won't work. Yak ones you can just replace the skewer.
