I'm looking for a cheap street/dj fork and the Skareb seems to be in the right price range for it. I know its a XC fork but will it hold up for some light urban and some dirt jumping? It'll be going onto a On-One Gimp if that matters. On the other hand, if anybody's looking to get rid of some cheap 97-01 Marzocchi Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, AtomBombs, etc... for say $40? even if its in shi*ty condition let me know, lol. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks,
Tony

the skareb is strictly an xc race fork, i has 28mm stanctions and is very light weight. It is not a strong fork and would not last very long riding street. It is also more expensive then a black anyway which would be a much better fork for street riding.

1. its light, flimsy, and for XC
2. its like $400 whereas a dj III is only $269

so yea get a dj. then u wont have to buy a new fork after 2 weeks of urban like me when i started out on a manipoo six.
if u do get it, which u shouldnt do, it will crack right at the reverse arch.
