Anyone convert to the new air spring in there 40 Float?

I've not heard what this new air spring is? This is different than the 2014?
it sounds like he is trying to swap a coil to an air system.
you would probably be better off calling fox to get the exact numbers. i cant imagine its going to be cheap though, especially if you want to buy the new cart for it as well.. id sell the 40 you have and try and find a lightly used float 40; or new if the budget can swing it.

I'm not sure if the same is true for the 40, but some good info on the differences between the '14 and '15 Fox 36 here:

Also fwiw, I think Udi changed swapped out the air spring in his 40 for a coil, and its worked out well for him.

Apparently I have an early 2014 float model. (according to Fox)
I have a slight click or clunk half way through my travel. Almost sounds like the negative spring is binding.
I called Fox and described what was going on and was told that I had an early version and to send it in and a newer one will be installed.
I was mistaken about the Fit cartridge.

I think what Udi describes just pertains to the 36.
Would be nice if they eventually do the same changes for the 40.
