I was talking to a couple guys about this, and I so want to do it BUT there's no spots left, they allow 700 riders and I heard it only took a couple days for it to be filled!

theres even a waiting list (189 riders long waiting list!)

I was looking ath the times from '03 and it veried from just under 5 hours to over 11 hours!!

oh, and its a 50 mile loop! with the last 1.5 up some crazy big mountain!

And most of the route is only open for the race. I've got a friend who does it every year and loves it. So I guess you better just sign up early for it next year. That or find someone who'll give you their registration....

you might be able to bandit it, but not sure. i did it in '99 and it was a hard race, but still fun. it's cold in the AM, let me tell you...good terrain though. recommended.
