here in LA you have 3 minutes max to push your buttons.

§563. Procedure for voting
C.(1) A voter shall not remain in a voting machine longer than three minutes. If a voter fails to leave a voting machine promptly after a commissioner has notified him that three minutes have elapsed, the commissioners shall have the voter removed from the voting machine.

There was almost 30 Proposition choices for San Franciscans. It takes me longer than 3 minutes to write the selections I already decided on.

Read that again. If you are using a machine, it should be very fast if you have come prepared. This allows for them to remove you if you are taking "too long" and possibly messing with a machine.

Yeah there's no way you could pull that in california. At least not with the paper ballots in my parts.

After 20 minutes the nice lady asked me if I needed a couch and if I wanted her to pack me a bong. Then the nice buff gay man massaged my shoulders.

In La., they're FEMA voting booths and they don't want you setting up house that long. In New Orleans, you should be able to vote in the time it takes to down a 40.
