Anyone ever changed the bearings in a Balfa Pully? Mine are siezed. I took out the screws on the back, and tried to unscrew it but it doesnt' want to come apart. Anyone have any Idea what I'm doing wrong?

Just pry it apart with a flathead or something and knock the bearings out. You can also change the cog since it's just from a rear cassette.
