I have one, in fact that's mine in that picture you got off Sicklines.
I really like it, I've had it for a few months and it's broken in very nicely. The damping is very, very good, I'd say almost as good as my 07 888WC.
The ATA is travel adjust, not lockout. The low speed compression damping is adjustable as well but I don't think you'll get anywhere close to a lockout. I find that with the travel wound down to the lowest setting, I don't need lockout. In fact I like having a plush fork no matter what travel setting it's in.
I had a Totem 2-step before this. When the Totem worked it felt very good, when it was converted to Solo Air even better...but the 66 ATA blows it away in my opinion. I've always like the Marzocchi feel and I'm glad I have it back.
