your lack of proper terminology dissatisfies the Industry Lizards. I sentence you to 30 miles of riding an e-bike.
i had one. an ollllllllld one. it was awesome. but i never serviced it. for like 5 years. then it started making noises like a strangled goose. then i sent it for a rebuild. then it worked for a few rides but then started clunking during rebound. then i tried repeatedly to contact cane creek to see if they warrantied their work. then i never heard back, so i put the old vivid that came with the bike back on it and the double barrel is sitting on my bench to this day.
tl;dr - it was great while it worked. you should probably service your stuff better than i do.

Both Remote Res and non climbswitch
One on a Knolly Delirium (last gen) and one on a Knolly Podium.
The Delirium shock is from 2008 and has been updated by CC with running changes.
Podium shock is from 2013 and has never been serviced,
Both shocks work flawlessly and have never suffered any issue.
The only problem I have had is some high speed compression spiking on both bikes whilst riding technical DH. It only seems to happen in fast repetitive moderate sized hits. Think high speed root / stump / rock gardens, with lots of square edges to bring it out. Never had it happen with the Delirium on trail rides or more moderate velocities..
OT - I have a climb switch CCDBA witch I'm not overly fond of, but I do have to say the CaneCreek climb switch is much more effective than the fox versions, IMO.

I have a Coil CS on my Spartan. It's a significant upgrade to the stock RS Super Deluxe and that was a really good shock.
I like the CCDB on my DHR. Please don't tell Kidwoo.
I had one on my trail bike...DB Coil CS. I actually liked it better than my Push tuned DHX. I just recently switched to a Fox DHX2 only because I can later send it to Avalanche for tuning. I emailed Craig asking why he didn't work on CC DBs but I never got a response. Man, there are tons of used ones out there.

Have had one on the DH bikes for the last 4 years. It’s been great performance wise and totally reliable.
