Try www.kymba.org plenty o trails. no real fr or dh. Right up the road from ft. knoxis fort duffield it is the only almost, but weak DH. the trails are pretty cool. for some good xc try cherokee park or otter. Check out this site it will be a big help.

Yep, Ft. Duffield has 4 or 5 DH trails and some killer XC ridgeline descents. The elevation gain/loss is only about 200-300 ft., so its short and sweet.
Also keep in mind the not too far drive to Knoxville, TN, home of Windrock. ( www.windrock-mtb.com ) , Your bikes would be at home in the Cumberland mountains of Windrock. There are nearly 14 DH trails with about 1800 ft in elevation loss.
