Anyone know anything about the...

new Sram X.0 shifters. I'm going to be ordering my bike soon, and I'm not sure which shifters I want. I currently have the Sram MXR grip shifters, and I'm comfortable shifting with them. I don't know if I'd like the Rapid Fires or not as I have arthritis in my thumbs. The new Srams are supposed to be real good. Lightweight, durable and smooth. Anyone have them? If so, do you like them?

I have them on my Hollowpoint and at first I didn't think I was going to like them but they didn't take any extra time to get used to, they have never mis-shifted, they are incredibly smooth and quick and unless the new XTR shifters are better, these are the best! I really love the setup and I wouldn't go back unless I had to.

Cheers!

I have installed some and they work extremely well. I would run them but they only come in 9 spd. When the day comes for me to give in and switch to 9 spd, I will have them on my bikes.

Enjoy

I just checked the price with QBP, and we would only charge about $10 more for the X.0. The 9.0sl and the 9.0 are very closely priced. $100 for the shifter set (shorty). \
