a month ago I ordered some stuff direct from Yeti. My credit card was billed correctly based on what I ordered, but the order was shipped incomplete - I didn't receive 2 derailleur hangers.
Over the course of about 3 weeks, I've left 3 voice mails and sent 2 e-mails. I'm yet to hear back from anyone. I'm getting very frustrated.
Any suggestions?
