I am not too familiar with the server end of it but I think what you would have to do is create a mailbox, give it a name, and give permissions to the multiple users. On the users end you can have the mailbox as their primary account or have it open as an additional mailbox under their Exchange server advanced settings. Sorry I can't provide more detailed infor, but I know that it can be done.
