Looks like somebody never went riding in France...
DH courses in France are way more manicured and maintained than tracks in the US. Did I mention they also are taped top to bottom with often a gate at the start with details about what you're about to find?
Don't discount the amount of work French people can put together when it comes to entertainment!

well hopefully they did a bit of work on the Avalanche track at Morzine, because the braking bumps were getting large enough to swallow elephants. now the Swiss...*those* were well-maintained tracks.
france rocks... yeah narlus, the braking bumps on plenny / morzine avalanche course are crook... hell they killed me on the first 2 days, but on the last couple of days i didn t notice em so much... that said i was goin about twice as fast since i d learnt the trail... keeping off the brakes and not getting bogged down in em...
what a great course... the top third was so fast... i still dream about it...
