I've bought from Robert twice. No problems at all. I just recently got an brand new 888 with the Risse crowns and the brake tabs faced with the spot tool from him for $700.
Also I don't remember what it is exactly, but his Paypal transaction rating is pretty high. He has also been selling on MTBR for quite a while.
