If you search on Pinkbike there was a short review on one last year. There have a also been a few Astrix threads here on RM in the past year or so.

Personally, I think they look awesome. If I were in the market for a DH bike (meaning if I had the all-important $$$), I would definitely consider one. Cool design, reasonable price, sort of unique (I've only seen one at the races on this coast and that was under Chris Van Dine last year). If it helps, I've never hear anything bad about them but have never ridden one either.

I ride with Mike, well a few times, (hes on his mission up here) and he loves that bike, and last year, afer nations hung out with the team(chris vannine(SP) and gale, and the loved theres, rode one around and it was UBER plush!!

bounced on one at interbike, looked like quality construction, and the owner is a pretty cool guy. nice bikes. I have a feeling they're gonna be popular, especially since they are now available for shops thru BTI.
