Specialized Captain Control 2.2, comes up fairly large but rolls well, is light and 2bliss seals so easily if you're that way inclined. For the price they're pumped out at, it's a bargain.

I like these a lot as well. I use the 2.4 size though.

Ardent 2.25 LUST is a pretty damn good all round tyre. Holds up better in slop than you'd think and kills it on hard pack.
