Anyone remember Siesmic hubs?

    I think I spelled siesmic wrong but does anyone miss these hubs? Anyone still running them on thier bikes? Just wondering...

    They put too much lateral forces on the spokes and sheered spokes like a knife all the time. It was kind of a dumb idea considering the weak point in a well build DH wheel is the rims, not the spokes or hub.

    THe Oroville scene is good, I work at Greenline (downtown). Theres some fun rides around here, no doubt theres some in paradise too. Anyway, thanks for the responses.

    the idea behind the hubs was to use shorter spokes which would stretch/flex less and there for biuld a stronger wheel (think about bmx wheels)
