I had a pair of Nike Cairns and now swear to never buy another pair of Nike riding shoes. They sucked a$$. In less than a year the cleat plate broke (in the middle of a ride of course), the sole on one delaminated from the shoe and then one of the shoes cracked in half (in the middle of another ride). So, I had the store send them back to Nike and they wouldn't do anything about it but give me back my busted a$$ shoes. :mumble: I bet they don't treat Lance that way......he probably gets a new pair every time he scuffs his current pair.

I bought a pair of Sidi's to replace them and they are SWEET! :love: They are a third of the weight, much more comfortable and I've been riding them for over two years now without any problems.
