I just started using it to see how it works vs. google.

So I clicked on some article about Paris Hilton getting punched by some chick named Shanna Moakler.........so I did an image search on Ms. Moakler and whoah.......some of those ask.com images were NSFW!!

Does the Google image search work the same way?? I don't recall so many(if any) nudie shots coming up when doing a google image search.

Shanna Moakler

She was on Pacific Blue. The only redeeming quality of the show I'd say.

Sorry Manimal.

I tried ask.com, but didn't really like it. I'm with MtnBikerChk, anything but Google sucks.

Google is better, but a MTBer and a mudhunny at that had a big part in the technology that is now ask.com so that's why I use it from time to time.

There was an article in The Economist about two months back. Some internet search engine group ranked ask.com and google more or less the same in terms of relevancy of results, and Ask.com was better with images. Plus they have a zoom function to expand or narrow the scope of your search.

I still use google an aweful lot, but much of it is out of habbit and out of the fact that firefox makes it so easy.
