Let me see if Universal Cycles still does. I think so though. I vouch for having zero issues in 10 or so transactions. They build great wheels.

Yep, universalcycles will accept PayPal. At least that is what they state on their website. In any case, they have treated me extremely well and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
