Well I have a choice, as my steer tube on my fork is all silly now. Both are the same price. It's the Argyle 302 and the Manitou Gold Series 2. Either one will be lowered to 80 or 60 mm I hope. Anyone have any information I should know on either one. I had an older Manitou Jumper and loved it because it was so simple. I am leaning towards the Argyle because it's neat, I guess. Also, as mentioned above, they are both the exact same price down to shipping.

a manitou is a manitou right?

i've used the jumper too and it was alright for jumping. but who just jumps?

my pike is like the argyle and it does everything, jumping and street are its weaknesses but an argyle will have those as its strengths. so i would definitly go with the RS.

i've seen the internals of the pike and the shermans and you can see the difference in quality right away.

yeah, the newer gold labels can't be lowered, right? I thought I remember they changed something so it wasn't possible anymore.

the stock argyle is taller, but lowered should be the beat!
Post up some pics of this new rad plaid!
