    I'm guessing they'll step away redefine a much tighter contract and list of requirements, put it out for rebid and given all the prior work Bell will be the front-runner and be able to re-use a major portion of the program to date.

    Seems like this could be as much a slap on the Army's wrist as on Bell's.

    Boeing would have a really good shot at it too though with the Little Bird
