Cliff's Notes for everyone who hasn't read it: Dick Pound thinks that he's holier(sp?) than thou. He puts himself and the WADA on such a high pedestal that the chances of significant reform or improvement in the system are unlikely. Lame.

Yup, that's about what I got from the article also. I'm not even going to make fun of Dick Pound's name today .... erh, ahh, well ... must not type! There really needs to be some change at the top for anything meaningful to happen on the REAL war on drugs.
