For the life of me I can't figure out how to attach the little extra cervical protector to my Ergo Spine guard. All I've come up with is that it velcros on the patch on the inside of the guard, but that certainly isn't very secure and they say something about "snapping" in on the site.

Bloody thing didn't come with any instructions on how to do it.

If anyone owns one and can give me a hand, that would be great.

Cervical as in C-Spine, the first seven bones in your spine. It's your neck.

The cervix is the "neck" of the uterus, btw.
