Here we go. Let's start deleating words altogether. Great idea. I've read this story.
wait a fvcking second... YOU were complaining how blacks can say it, but whites can't. Now black leaders are asking other blacks (eg. entertainers) from using the word.

Oh well. The word will go away when everybody overuses it and gets bored with it. I don't know about the rest of you whities, but I can't remember the last time I got called a "honky"?
Because honky reminds most people of George Jefferson's pet name for his neighbor and nigger reminds most people of the most hateful acts their have witnessed.
Think about the wonderful occasions when someone said nigger in anger. Anyone ever use honky in anger?
I guess I lied about not remembering the last time I was called "honky". It was one night a long time ago when I was stupidly wandering around Holetown in Barbados alone and full of Bajan rum. I don't know if it was used in anger, but it sure wasn't friendly. I survived as it turns out. I don't defend the usage of "nigger" and I hate the word, but words don't go away until people don't have any use for them anymore.
