It has come to my attention that various users repeatedly push the limits when it comes to their avatar images. This is especially prevalent of users in the DH forum. We have received complaints, and it has gotten to the point where mods are sick of taking care of the problem time and time again from the same users.

If you'd like to continue to have an avatar and think yours may be borderline, I suggest you change it.

As of today, if your avatar is deemed "inappropriate" for whatever reason, you will permanently lose your right to have an avatar at all.

To add to this, look, a LOT of monkeys browse from work. If the avatar wouldn't be appropriate for most bosses to see displayed full-page, then it's not appropriate for here.

There used to be a certain amount of this that went on that we didn't mind, but it's just gotten too widespread.
