Haven't noticed it with any one else's, but mine seems to change sizes randomly. If I refresh/go to another thread it seems to return to its original size. Not really a issue but it seems strange.

Huh. Haven't seen this. Could it be happening only after you make a quick-reply to a thread? Or does it happen when browsing? I've noticed that sometimes my avatar doesn't load when I quick reply in a thread... maybe your browser is handling that weirdness in a different way. What browser?
Now that you mention it, don't think I notice it at home. Firefox @ home, Portable Chrome on my "office" laptop.
*edit: Used "quick reply" for this post, Avatar is smaller. Will post screen cap in a second.
