I order flak jacket cables from price point.When i got them i found out i didnt have enough housing to run the housing from lever to caliper.I email avid tech support telling them how cheap they where and and how much money i had spent on there disc and to sell cables with not enough housing was just cheap.They emailed me back in less than 20mins.They explain that i had order an old set of flak jackets that are only for vbrakes but they would send me more housing.Today i didnt just get the housing i got a complete set of disc ready cables........This has got to be one of the best companys out there.It wasnt even there falt that i got the wrong cables but they still took care of me...........Great JOB

I second that. I called to see if I could get more Flak Jacket ferrules since I lost mine - they sent me five for free, plus a sticker.
