I'm looking to get the avid elixir r for the rear brake on my dirt jumper but there is 3 different sizes 203mm, 185mm and 160mm what's the difference? Are they talking about the size of the disc? And will this fit any dj bike?

Yes that measurement is the disc size. You need a the correct disc mount adapter for each size.

Ok well the kit comes with a disc rotor and the full brake setup but I was wondering if any of those sizes matter for a dirt jumper bike. Or what size to go with for a rear setup.

For go with the 160 for a rear on a DJ bike. You only need enough stopping power to avoid running over little kids.
