I just bought some Avid Juicy 5s for my Balfa BB7 with post-mount floating brake, and the rear brake is not covering about 1/8th inch of the rotor (vertically). Is there anything I can do to fix this, or will I just have to live with my brake being slightly off? Thanks!

Are you using the conical washers between the caliper and the floater?
IIRC, avid calipers are the same as hayes except avids are intended to be used with their washers. Since the BB& mount is for hayes only, make sure you have your washers under there.

If this is way off, explain your situation a bit better and maybe include some pics

Yep, iv'e got the washers on there. Maybe the floating brake is what's messed up?

Buildyourown is saying that maybe the washers shouldn't be there. IIRC though, the adaptors are all the same, Avid just raise their mounting tabs a bit so that you can fit the washers underneath.

Just for the sh!ts and giggles, take out the CPS hardware (conical washers, 4 per mounting screw and see where that puts you.
