Oi
I know a lot of you have shipped stuff across the border before to Canda and bought stuff from Canada...
Everytime I do, I get hit hard with tariffs and taxes at the border.
Are there ways of avoiding this?
Does declaring the package as a gift or something else help?
Are certain shipping companies less harsh? (I've heard rumours of Fed-Ex being cheapest..)
Last time I had something shipped from the states it was insured for $1000, and I was hit with $234 worth of charges at the border!
Any tips would be appreciated.
Thanks.
