so. i´ve been using a rear projection hdtv as my primary display at home.
everything is fine and dandy so far. but i´ve been thinking about burn-in.

i dont really think i´d see burn in images on my screen anytime soon, but i´d rather be safe than sorry.

the taskbar (START button, and the time) seem to be at the same spot for hours. same thing with the firefox upper bar and the up-down scroll arrows.

is there any program to change those from time to time without much hassle?? or to keep them rotating automatically as there are utilities to rotate wallpapers??

ideas???
view from my webcam above the tv.

pd. i´ll replace the couch for a lazyboy/minibar and a full time recaro racing seat/wheel for racing games combo soon.

Easy solution: browse in a slightly windowed browser (not completely full screen) and be conscious of moving it occasionally, and set your taskbar to auto-hide.

You could also use F11 to switch your browser to full screen, then you just get minimal toolbar functions, there might be a way to make FF fullscreen without toolbars at all and just use hotkeys for navigation or toggle back and forth with F11.
